The Studies of Organisms and Seasonal Variation in the Cow-Milk Produced Around Kwangju Area


Abstract
Tue studies had been performed the analysis of nutrient and the organisms which contained in the cow-milk produced around Kwangju area, and noticed that there were some seasonal variation, and the results were as follws:
1) Generally the number of organisms in the milk were increased and the presumed the cause to be poor management of cows or the milk.
2) The contained nutritent of seasonal variation showed relatively high value of fat in the milk which harvested during the early spring time.
3) The population of organisms in the milk were relatively high during the summer time.
